Mr. Geoffrey Dobos

I.T. Senior Support Technician

 Geoffrey graduated from Northwestern Connecticut Community College with an A.S. in Computer Systems Technology. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Post University in 2010. Prior to working for the Thomaston school district, he was the Technology Coordinator for the Torrington Library for twelve years. In 2012, Geoffrey joined the Thomaston school district as the Information Technology Network Specialist. In 2016, he was appointed to the position of I.T. Senior Support Technician. Additionally, he was appointed as the district PowerSchool SIS manager in 2019.

 Geoffrey is a life-long resident of Thomaston having graduated from Thomaston High School in 1998. He currently lives here with his wife (Melanie), two sons (Everett and Simon), little dog (Dolly), and his small flock of chickens. He is an avid Boston Red Sox fan and likes to spend his free time relaxing while fishing, camping, and backyard homesteading..
