Mrs. Karen Keith

Lead Secretary

 Karen graduated from Naugatuck Valley Community Technical College with an associate’s degree in Executive Secretarial. Before coming to Thomaston, Karen worked for a condominium management company in Southbury for ten years, where she was the office manager. In August 2005, Karen joined the THS family as the Lead Secretary and was named Employee of the Month in December 2005 and received the TPS Spot Light Recognition in September 2021.

Karen grew up in Naugatuck, but now lives in Wolcott with her husband Rob, son Logan and two puppies Copper and Chloe. She is an avid 49ers fan; however, her husband is a Cowboys fan, so Football season is their favorite time of year. Luckily, they are both Yankee fans. Karen is very competitive, and she loves to cook, spend time with family and friends, and have a family game night. She especially loves to watch her son compete in Track & Field throwing the javelin, discus & shot put. In between meets and practices they somehow fit in Karate. Her son is a 2nd Degree Black Belt, but Karen would not change the busy, hectic schedule for the world.
