Mrs. Katelyn Riggs

Family and Consumer Sciences

 Katelyn became a part of the THS family this year. She brings enthusiasm to the classroom teaching Child Development, Family & Consumer Sciences, Food & Nutrition, and Culinary. She will continue the Catering Club as the new advisor. Katelyn graduated from Post University in 2023 with her Master’s (MEd) degree in Education. Over the past ten years she has held multiple positions in the public school setting. She came to us from Western Elementary in Naugatuck, where she was a Reading Interventionist. Katelyn is a proud Navy wife. She lives by the Seabee’s “Can do” motto. Katelyn resides in Terryville with her husband, their two children and their golden retriever.
