Mrs.  Laura Johnston

Art

 Mrs. Johnston is the art teacher at Thomaston High School. You may remember her as the ar teacher from BRS and TCS...not so long ago! Mrs. Johnston has been teaching art in Thomaston for over 20 years and has no plans to stop soon. She attended Southern Connecticut State University earning her BS in Art Education with an endorsement covering Pre K-12th grade. She graduated in 1991. Mrs. Johnston returned to SCSU for their Masters in Art Education Program and has been teaching art ever since. She lives in NewHartford with her husband, two children, two dogs and one cat. She enjoys painting, walking her dogs, reading good books, and seeing her friends.
