Mrs. Lisa Lavoie

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

 Mrs. Lavoie grew up in Meriden, CT and currently resides in Naugatuck, CT with her husband, Matthew, and their two sons, Matthew Jr (13) and Samuel (7).

Mrs. Lavoie received her undergraduate degree at Central Connecticut State University and her Masters Degree at Sage Colleges. Mrs. Lavoie began working in Thomaston in May2017 and works at all three schools. Mrs. Lavoie has a passion for seeing students grow and develop into the best version of themselves! She especially loves to come up with creative ways to help students learn academics, social skills, and emotional regulation tools and strategies.

Outside of school, Mrs. Lavoie is an active member of her church and serves as a worship leader. You can almost always find her whistling, humming, or singing a tune. She also enjoys camping and traveling with her family. Her goal is to visit all 50 states!
