Michael earned his bachelors in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University, a masters in Biology from CCSU and a masters and doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Bridgeport. After working as a Biomedical Engineer for four years, Michael realized that his desire to teach and coach children was his calling. Michael has been an educator for 23 years working previously in Watertown and Bridgeport school districts. During his educational career, Michael has used his engineering background to infuse real life applications and projects into the math and science courses he has taught and developed. Michael joined the Thomaston High School faculty in 2022-2023 academic year, teaching 8th grade math and Pre-Calculus. Michael enjoys playing and coaching sports, reading and music outside teaching at Thomaston High School.
