Mr. Ryan Carey

Business Education

 Ryan’s teaching career started in 2018, when he made the switch from corporate to academia. Before that, he worked for 17 years in the business world, most of which was spent in sales. He held many titles, including Vice-President, and worked in various industries that included the private sector, commercial entities, and government agencies. Ryan has now brought this knowledge and experience to the classroom teaching business education in Litchfield, CT for 6 years, before coming to Thomaston High School. Ryan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in business management, from the State University of New York, and a Master’s Degree in instructional technology, from the University of Saint Joseph, and is also very involved in the Future Business Leaders of America.
